About The Role
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with HSE standards.
- Assist in the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines on construction sites.
- Support the investigation and reporting of accidents and incidents under the supervision of the Senior HSE Engineer.
- Help organize safety training sessions to staff and contractors on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Document and report safety incidents, near-misses, and corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining HSE records, including training attendance, inspection reports, and equipment certifications.
About You
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in HSE or safety-related roles within the construction sector.
- Knowledge of OSHA, NEBOSH, and other safety certifications is preferred
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
