The Glee Club Birmingham is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead a busy bar operation. You will train staff, manage up to 10 bar team members, monitor wage spend and scheduling, and ensure spotless service and cash handling. A strong focus on sales and customer experience is essential in this role.
Hours are set around peak evenings and weekends with a productivity bonus up to £1.50 extra per hour. GBP 14.25 per hour base pay, 1560 contracted hours per year, and paid every 4 weeks.
