Gleddoch, one of the most prestigious hotel, golf and spa resorts located in Renfrewshire, is recruiting a bartender to join our existing fabulous team. Gleddoch is a 75-bedroom hotel, golf course, luxurious spa with food and beverage outlets.
The role of the bartender is a discerning one and requires someone who can not only provide efficient, knowledgeable and professional service, but also has a genuine interest in guests and can build that infamous bartender – patron relationship. The role requires lots of commitment as we proudly provide services to our exquisite and exclusive clientele throughout the day and night; therefore, part of the role will involve working late into the night.
Serving drinks, learning product knowledge, working as part of a team, and providing excellent levels of guest service are other parts of the role. Sometimes, long working hours are inevitable, and we can only consider applicants that are available to work to meet the demands of the business.
Due to the nature of this position, applications should be 18 years and over.
