Bartender

Gleddoch, one of the most prestigious hotel, golf and spa resorts located in Renfrewshire is recruiting a bartender to join our existing fabulous team. Gleddoch is a 75-bedroom hotel, golf course, luxurious spa with food and beverage outlets.

The role of the bartender is a discerning one and requires someone who can not only provide efficient, knowledgeable and professional service, they will have a genuine interest in guests and be able to build that infamous bartender – patron relationship.

The role of the bartender at Gleddoch is one that requires lots of commitment. We proudly provide services to our exquisite and exclusive clientele throughout the day and night therefore part of the role of bartender will be working late into the night. Serving drinks, learning product knowledge, working part of a team and providing excellent levels of guest service are other parts of the role. Sometimes, long working hours are inevitable and as previously mentioned we provide services throughout the day and night, therefore we can only consider applicants that are available to work to meet the demands of the business.

Due to the nature of this position applications should be 18 years and over
