The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.
This role will suit a hard-working individual with excellent organisation and housekeeping skills. An in-depth knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses would be an advantage along with a working knowledge of health and safety standards in the food industry and an ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
- Perform and document routine inspections.
- Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms.
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Take apart machines and clean them to the highest possible standard.
- Assemble the machinery back together.
- Work with cleaning materials and substances.
- Notify management of machinery needs repair.
- Perform cleaning tasks including (but not exclusively) toilets, kitchen areas, commercial offices, production work areas and corridors.
- Replenish kitchen and washroom consumables.
- Attend to any spillages as quickly as possible to eliminate any health and safety issues on site.
- Maintain assigned cleaning cupboard to the standards and requirements.
This is a 40-hour-per-week role, typically Monday to Friday, 1:30pm – 10:00pm.
