I’m George, founder of Gleam—a £2.5m/year oral care brand that’s scaled fast through paid media. We’ve proven the product, got features in The Independent & Vogue, plus built a loyal customer base. Now it’s time to go all in on organic.
I’m hiring a Creative Lead to take full ownership of our TikTok and Instagram. You’ll run our social strategy, film/edit content, manage influencers, and make Gleam the go-to smile brand on social. This isn’t a role where you’re buried in a content calendar. You’ll be driving growth, shaping creative direction, and building the Gleam brand from the inside out.
What You’ll Own:- Lead and execute our TikTok & Instagram organic strategy
- Post daily content and manage our brand voice
- Be on camera for short-form content (or help source talent if not on screen)
- Film and edit content that performs natively (CapCut, iPhone, etc.)
- Track trends and proactively pitch new content angles
- Build and maintain a content calendar (Airtable/Notion/etc.)
- Recruit and manage UGC creators and influencers monthly
- Help plan and attend content shoot days for paid & organic assets
- Write captions, respond to comments, and build engaged communities
- Handle inbound influencer and PR requests
- Deliver weekly reports on what’s working and what’s not
- Suggest creative and product ideas based on trends + feedback
- Help shape the future team—this role will grow into a leadership position
- You’ve grown a brand or creator page from scratch
- You know what goes viral (and what doesn’t)
- Are comfortable in front of a camera, or confident directing others
- You can turn a trend or insight into content that sells
- You’re hungry, creative, and want ownership—not micromanagement
- Freelance or full-time depending on your preference
- £3.5k–£5k/month freelance, or £40k–£60k/year salary
- Bonus potential tied to organic growth KPIs
- Remote-first with London shoot days
- Opportunity to scale into Head of Brand or Head of Creative as Gleam grows
