We are an innovative company developing mobile and web applications that seamlessly connect with IoT devices via BLE. Our solutions enable real-time data collection, local storage, and cloud synchronization. We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of projects aligned with our vision.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for mobile apps integrating BLE devices and cloud systems.
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for developers and designers.
Technical Communication:
Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on goals and deliverables.
Clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with the development team to design solutions addressing BLE connectivity, data reliability, and cloud integration challenges.
Contribute to decision-making processes on technology stack, architecture, and development best practices.
Project Management Support:
Support project planning, tracking progress, and identifying risks or bottlenecks.
Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Testing & Validation:
Define and document test cases based on business requirements.
Work with QA teams to validate solutions against business needs and resolve any discrepancies.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline development processes and improve app performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and recommend enhancements to existing workflows.
Qualifications and Skills
Technical Skills:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in projects involving mobile app development or IoT solutions.
Strong understanding of BLE technology, including device discovery, connection stability, and data transmission.
Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, including App Services and SQL Database.
Familiarity with backend technologies and how APIs interact with mobile apps.
Basic understanding of mobile app development frameworks like Flutter or Xamarin.
Business Skills:
Experience in translating business requirements into technical documentation, including user stories, workflows, and wireframes.
Proficiency in creating and managing project documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and recommend practical solutions.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with BLE-connected devices or IoT ecosystems.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a startup environment.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools or techniques for presenting insights to stakeholders.
Knowledge of error monitoring tools like Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry.
