Gleam Games is looking for a talented Senior Game Artist to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging and visually stunning mobile games. This is a global role, requiring collaboration with international teams, and fluency in English is essential for effective communication.
Responsibilities include:
- Create high-quality in-game graphics, including characters, animals, environments, buildings, and other game elements.
- Develop concept art and final rendered assets while maintaining the visual style of each project.
- Collaborate with other departments (game design, development, and animation) to ensure cohesive visuals.
- Adapt and refine assets based on feedback to meet game production needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in game art.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other digital painting tools.
- Successfully shipped at least one game title.
- Excellent understanding of character and environment design, including composition, anatomy, form, lighting, and color.
