Gleam Games is looking for a talented Senior Game Artist to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging and visually stunning mobile games. This is a global role, requiring collaboration with international teams, and fluency in English is essential for effective communication.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create high-quality in-game graphics, including characters, animals, environments, buildings, and other game elements.
  • Develop concept art and final rendered assets while maintaining the visual style of each project.
  • Collaborate with other departments (game design, development, and animation) to ensure cohesive visuals.
  • Adapt and refine assets based on feedback to meet game production needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in game art.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other digital painting tools.
  • Successfully shipped at least one game title.
  • Excellent understanding of character and environment design, including composition, anatomy, form, lighting, and color.
  • Experience in a similar role in game development.
  • Experience in mobile game development.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design for games.
  • Previous experience in game development companies and/or shipped game titles.
