Role Overview: The IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security Analyst will join the Infrastructure Team, providing support, maintenance, and implementation for the IT infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the company’s 24×7 e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and predominantly 2nd line technical support.
- Offer excellent customer service via phone, email, Teams, and face-to-face.
- Track and remediate security vulnerabilities promptly.
- Administer the internal ticketing system and handle change requests.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across user desktops and server applications.
- Monitor systems proactively to minimize downtime and identify recurring issues.
- Update internal knowledgebase with technical guides and procedures.
- Collaborate with AIG and third-party support for troubleshooting.
General Responsibilities
- Adhere to and enforce IT security policies.
- Suggest appropriate technologies to meet business goals.
- Work closely with senior team members and IT colleagues (onshore and offshore) to support all systems and processes.
Technical Skills and Expertise
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, GPO, Exchange, Win10 management using SCCM, WDS & WSUS).
- Good knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, wireless configurations).
- Experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus or Qualys).
- 2+ years in a 1st line technical helpdesk role and 2nd line technical support experience.
Desirable
- Experience in a change control environment or financial institution.
- Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere and ESX).
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Microsoft Server 2016-2019.
- Administration of telephony platforms (Avaya, Genesys).
- Administration of mobile devices (Apple iOS).
- Scripting with PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (Jira).
Additional Information
