Role Description
We’re looking for an experienced digital product specialist to work with our VP, Marketing – Digital to develop industry leading websites and apps for our festivals. The Digital Marketing Manager – Product is responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of products that enable fans to discover our events, buy tickets, find key information and more. You’ll also work on site at festivals and events to adapt product content in real time. You will work with a talented team of individuals to drive ticket sales, as well as supporting the shared team goal to grow first party data.

What the role includes
- Working alongside VP Marketing - Digital to plan and deliver digital product roadmap
- Overseeing the day to day running of a portfolio of festival websites and apps including user experience including ticket purchase flow; content; data collection
- Project managing delivery of new websites and apps, using a variety of platforms
- Responding to briefs about how digital products can be developed to meet campaign needs including for onsite / during live events
- Line management of digital product team – mentoring and developing staff
- Weekly reporting to deliver incremental growth in reach and ticket sales
- Weekly optimisation of all platforms
- Working alongside VP Marketing – Digital to continually drive platforms forwards
