Glazing Renovations is the dedicated installation and servicing department of the Glazing Vision group, specialising in high-quality, complex glazing solutions. To maintain our high standards of customer service and to support our growing sales effort, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator.

This role is the backbone of our sales process. You will be the essential link between our initial client enquiries, the sales team, and the project delivery teams, ensuring all administrative functions run smoothly, accurately, and professionally.

The Role: Precision. Support. Client Focus.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Estimating teams, playing a crucial role in converting enquiries into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enquiry and CRM Management: Act as the first point of contact for incoming sales calls and email enquiries. Accurately log, track, and update all sales leads and customer data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Quotation Support: Assist the Estimating team with preparing, formatting, and sending out professional quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Document Control: Manage the filing, archiving, and retrieval of all sales-related documentation, ensuring compliance and easy access.
  • Sales Team Support: Organise and schedule meetings, manage the sales calendar, and prepare sales reports and presentations as required by the Managing Director and Sales Managers.
  • Customer Liaison: Coordinate follow-up actions, arrange site visits for the sales team, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a busy administrative environment and possesses a strong commitment to accuracy.

  • Proven experience in a Sales Administration, Office Management, or similar administrative support role, preferably within the construction, manufacturing, or a related technical sector.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with a CRM system is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
