We’re looking for a results-driven Pay Per Click Specialist to take full ownership of our paid digital advertising activity. You’ll manage and optimise campaigns across search, display, and social platforms, ensuring every click counts towards measurable, profitable growth. Role Overview To own and optimise all paid digital advertising activity to deliver measurable, profitable results in line with our business objectives. This includes hands-on management of campaigns, budget allocation, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation to maximise ROI.Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Execution & Management * Build, manage, and optimise paid search, display, and social campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). * Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor benchmarking. * Write, test, and iterate ad copy and creative assets. * Implement remarketing and audience segmentation strategies. 2. Budget Control & Efficiency * Manage monthly PPC budgets, ensuring efficient spend and pacing. * Adjust bids and budgets in real time based on performance data. * Report variances and justify spend against forecasted targets. 3. Measurement & Reporting * Monitor daily/weekly performance against KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, etc.). * Maintain campaign performance dashboards for internal visibility. * Produce monthly and quarterly reports with actionable insights and improvement plans. 4. Continuous Improvement * Test new targeting options, ad formats, and bidding strategies. * Collaborate with SEO, content, and design for optimised landing pages. * Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practice. KPIs / Success Measures * ROAS: Maintain/improve over agreed baseline. * CPA: Achieve target or lower without sacrificing lead quality. * CTR: Improve month-on-month through testing and optimisation. * Budget Utilisation: 95–100% spend accuracy each month. * Lead Quality: % of PPC leads that meet sales qualification criteria. Required Skills * Proven PPC platform experience (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn). * Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills. * Understanding of tracking, attribution, and tag management. * Ability to interpret data into clear actions. * Copywriting skills for ad creation.
