We are looking for a Group Marketing Manager to join Head Office in Wellingborough; this is a brilliant opportunity so if you have experience in a similar position we would love to hear from you.

Hours of Work:
Hybrid 37.50 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
- Campaign management: Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across digital (e.g., social media, email, SEO) and traditional channels.
- Market research: Analyse market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Budget management: Create and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively.
- Performance analysis: Track and analyse the performance of all marketing efforts and report findings to senior management.
- Team leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team and manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other teams to align marketing with business objectives.
- Content oversight: Oversee the creation of marketing materials and content to ensure brand consistency.
