The Warehouse Technician is responsible for carrying out material movements and handling using the correct mechanical handling equipment, following appropriate procedures to provide internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the production/logistics facility is effectively run to meet all required GMP and regulatory standards.
- Load, unload, distribute, and stow materials safely, completing all necessary system transactions.
- Collate and pack internal and external orders, including dispensing material to meet required customer service levels.
- Operate mechanical handling equipment that the technician is licensed to use safely.
- Follow all SOPs fully and report any safety/quality related issues.
- Stand in for Lead Technician as required.
- Complete SAP transactions in a timely manner.
- Conduct required stock checks to maintain inventory control.
Basic Qualifications
- Completion of training programs and 100% adherence to documented safety protocols, verified through safety audits and incident records, during operation of mechanical handling equipment.
- Perform tasks with zero errors, reviewed through established quality checks, and respond to customer queries in accordance with established SLAs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and/or SAP experience, though not essential.
Work Arrangements
This role is fully onsite, requiring five days per week presence. It is shift-based: 07:00 to 14:30 or 14:15 to 22:00.
