Role Overview

The Global Director, Long-Acting Market Transformation (LAMT) Strategy & Operations will lead initiatives to enhance the understanding and adoption of long-acting agents in HIV treatment and prevention.

This role will drive the transformation of the HIV treatment and prevention markets and lead LAI portfolio operations, ensuring streamlined communication, effective planning, and optimized performance management across initiatives.

Additionally, the individual will champion the development and growth of the broader team, fostering a culture of collaboration across LA treatment and prevention teams and LAMT, continuous learning and capability-building to drive collective success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of the global LAMT strategy and other cross LAI brand initiatives to accelerate HCP adoption of LAIs.
  • Lead the LAMT strategic and tactical planning process with input from global brand, medical, market access, government affairs, patient engagement, PCT/co-create markets and regional teams.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing global cross functional team, including marketing manager, medical affairs and agency partners, to deliver cohesive and impactful tactical plans.
  • Prepare and lead the monthly x-functional LAMT Global Core team meeting, ensuring focus on high-priority topics for input and awareness, and tracking the delivery of workstreams vs plan.
  • Translate emerging scientific and pharmacoeconomic data into differentiated, compelling value propositions for the LAI category.
  • Develop and deploy targeted HCP content that encourages shared decision making and helps reset how success is defined in HIV treatment and prevention.
  • Seek innovative platforms to disseminate LAMT content via peer-to-peer and digital influencers.
  • Organise leadership team meetings driving alignment and collaboration for impact as well as identifying opportunities to drive team development.
  • Organise bi/annual functional team meetings, ensuring alignment to drive performance and strategic direction forward.
  • Lead the drive to build capability in new technologies, including AI, to modernize our offering and address the dynamic needs of the business.
  • Lead monthly performance review meetings to drive continuous improvement and identity areas for action.
  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Pharmacy marketing strategy development and launch experience.
  • Operations experience translating business objectives into management reports, including KPIs and project management/governance committee leadership.
  • Leadership experience Specialty or long-acting injectable experience.

Working model - This role is a secondment and is based at our London or Durham HQ, Hybrid working: expected onsite presence two to three days per week. - Travel: frequent collaboration with regional and local teams; travel expected up to 30%.
