Overview
The pharmaceutical industry is undergoing rapid digital transformation, and our R&D Development organization is investing heavily in digital health technologies to revolutionize drug development. The Clinical Operations Platforms and Innovation (EAGLE) team is Tech Enabled, ensuring a consistent and more efficient approach to the adoption of innovation and technology at scale; maintaining portfolio and project focus to ensure that the Research Unit needs are reflected in and met by the technology ecosystem of Global Clinical Operations. We are Expert Led, enabling best in class digital data flows and platforms for delivery teams, enabling seamless data movement from patient to programming, thus accelerating the delivery of clinical studies.
This new role, Value Evidence Realization, will report to the Head Business Transformation Office responsible for creating the framework through which transformation activities are tracked and Return on Investment is calculated. The role will be crucial in driving change management, training roll out, and communication activities to ensure the business is receiving the new process and technology in a way that maximum value can be realised.
In this role you will:
- Work hands on with change management, training roll out and communication activities to ensure the business is receiving the new process and technology in a way that maximum value can be realised.
- Build change plans, communications decks centrally and coordinate with a team of external change managers to ensure consistency of messaging and collateral across GCO and Eagle programs
- Function as a key SME on identifying where opportunities for optimisation and transformation present themselves.
- Align with Product Owners and Managers to ensure the current state process is well understood and mapped to the future state
- Own process updates as required by new technology or process implementation
- Managing relationship with external change management and value realisation vendors as well as identifying strategic opportunities to optimise ways of working and coordination of value realisation vendors
- Be accountable for change management and value realisation spend and split of internal/external resources to be applied.
- Own decision-making responsibilities for the strategy and timing of change activities and coordination.

We are looking for a professional with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor\’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (computer science, information technology, life sciences, or related field).
- Proven experience managing projects, change management or communications, with a track record of fostering collaboration and driving innovation.
- Experience working in Clinical Trials Settings, with hands on experience in Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Quality processes.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- An advanced degree MS, PhD, or MBA (or equivalent).
- Creating actionable plans, including creating compelling narratives and motivating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Implementing change initiatives across the organization.
- Achieving high-quality results while overcoming challenges and maintaining focus on value.
- Working with matrixed teams and stakeholders of varied seniority (Managers, Directors, VPs).
