This role is field-based with hybrid working for administrative tasks. Regular travel within your assigned territory is required. A valid UK driving licence is required.

As a Territory Manager, you will represent GSK in engaging healthcare professionals and organisations to improve patient care. You will build trusted relationships, drive appropriate use of our prescription medicines, and work closely with colleagues across medical, market access and commercial teams. In this role you will have the opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career. These responsibilities include:

  • Deliver consistent sales growth and meet agreed targets across a defined geographic territory.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and commissioners.
  • Create and execute local account plans aligned to regional strategy and local health economy needs.
  • Use multi-channel engagement, including face-to-face visits and digital tools, to share clinical and scientific information.
  • Capture and share customer insights and territory performance to inform cross-functional plans.
  • Work in full compliance with UK regulations, industry standards and GSK policies.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally within pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Competence in planning, prioritising and delivering against measurable targets.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems to support customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in prescription medicines sales or a similar therapeutic area.
  • Accreditation relevant to UK pharmaceutical practice.
  • Knowledge of the NHS structure and local health economy drivers.

  • Familiarity with data analysis to drive territory decisions.
  • A proactive, flexible approach and a collaborative mindset.
