As the Product Owner, you are a delivery‑focused product leader who turns strategic priorities into high‑impact digital products, owning end‑to‑end delivery of tooling that empowers teams with actionable insight and enables faster, more predictable development outcomes aligned to our acceleration objectives.
Responsibilities
- Own the product backlog for performance and operational intelligence tools, translating business priorities into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Drive agile delivery that is predictable, high‑quality and fast—improving sprint reliability and reducing cycle time.
- Deliver trusted performance tooling that provides standardized metrics and proactively identifies execution risks and delays, driving measurable gains in KPIs.
- Partner across the business as the primary interface between stakeholders and technology teams, working with Development Operations, DevCMO and study teams to define requirements and earn strong, value‑driven adoption.
- Set the data standard by defining and refining KPIs, data models and reporting standards so products deliver decision‑grade insight—shifting teams from retrospective reporting to forward‑looking intelligence.
- Continuously improve using product analytics and user feedback to simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and retire shadow tools and workarounds.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in product ownership, business analysis or digital delivery, including working in agile development environments.
- Exposure to analytics, data products, agentic AI or reporting tools.
- Experience within life sciences, clinical development or regulated environments.
- Execution and delivery focus—strong ability to translate strategy into execution with pace and quality.
