Join our dynamic Digital, Data, and Technology team as the Sr. Product Manager for Patient Services, CRM, Portals, and Apps. Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Demonstrate a deep understanding of CRM, portals, apps, API data, digital technologies, and capabilities.
  • Product Management: Develop and maintain user-centric product strategies and roadmaps, write clear user stories, prioritize features, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Acumen: Utilize knowledge of the biopharma industry, patient services, and healthcare regulations to guide product development and strategic decisions.
  • Project Oversight: Lead project management activities, including setting timelines, managing resources, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • User Experience Design: Partner with UX/UI designers to prioritize user needs, conduct usability testing, and create intuitive interfaces that improve user satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to gain insights, measure KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to continuously enhance product performance and user experience.
  • Health Information Exchange: Ensure the secure and standardized sharing of protected health information among providers and patients.
  • Effective Communication: Clearly convey product requirements, priorities, and strategies to cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Problem-Solving: Quickly identify and resolve issues, brainstorm solutions, and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure product alignment and quality standards.
  • Agile Methodologies: Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies for product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in Salesforce Healthcloud or Salesforce Lifesciences cloud.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharma life sciences, specialty pharmacies, hub services, telehealth companies, or digital health sectors, specifically involving the creation and implementation of digital solutions for patient services teams or healthcare providers.
  • Experience in developing and managing CRM systems, patient portals, digital products, data management, and emerging technologies within the pharma or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and industry standards for regulatory compliance.
  • Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers to prioritize user needs and create interfaces; oversee and manage software development processes ensuring integration and functionality.
  • Experience securing and standardizing the sharing of protected health information (PHI) among providers and patients, coupled with experience implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies for product development, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and conducting retrospectives.

  • Leadership and Influence: Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding cross-functional teams, influencing decision-making processes, and driving a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proven problem-solving abilities to address challenges and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
