You will design, build and maintain engineering platforms that keep our sites running safely and reliably. You will work closely with engineers, technicians and operations teams to solve problems and deliver improvements. Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of plant equipment, systems and operating processes across your area.
- Plan and deliver engineering work including maintenance, equipment upgrades and small projects.
- Lead technicians and contractors to safely execute work on time and to standard.
- Drive continuous improvement focused on safety, quality and efficiency (OEE and TLA).
- Lead root cause investigations and ensure corrective and preventative actions are implemented.
- Champion PCCE (Physical Contamination Cause and Elimination), support machinery safety, process safety and data integrity activities and related audits.

Basic Qualifications
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- HNC, HND or bachelor level qualification in an engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrable engineering competence with technical process understanding of production equipment.
- Significant experience working in a highly regulated manufacturing or operational engineering environment.
- Experience delivering maintenance, equipment improvements or project work.
- Ability to analyse and solve technical problems and lead root cause activities.
- Clear communicator with ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Degree in an engineering discipline or progression towards one.
- Experience with sterile or aseptic manufacturing equipment or similar complex systems.
- Experience leading frontline teams and developing technical capability in others.
- Knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, or quality systems.
- Experience supporting audit activities and regulatory interactions.
- Practical project delivery experience in capital or revenue projects.
