We have an exciting new opportunity for a Procurement Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, supporting the R&D Procurement team. This role is responsible for end-to-end category management, including sourcing and contract management within assigned categories, focusing on Digital Health Technology categories such as eCOA, eConsent, Sensors, and Wearables.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive category strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost savings, innovation, and value creation.
- Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers.
- Manage the lifecycle of contracts, including renewals and amendments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing procurement solutions.
- Facilitate communication between procurement and business units for successful strategy execution.
