Course details: Professional Engineering Manufacturing Engineer Degree Apprenticeship | Aston University Apprenticeship standards: Manufacturing engineer (degree) / Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education What will you do? You will learn about our manufacturing, engineering, quality, safety and logistics operations through a series of rotations – starting at the heart of the manufacturing operations. You’ll develop technical skills such as understanding engineering principles . knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems, and proficiency in engineering design and simulation. You’ll also develop problem-solving and analytical skills, project management skills, and professional and personal development skills. There will be an opportunity to tailor some of these rotations in line with your aspirations and strengths. You will be working on continuous improvement projects including efficiency and susta inability and learning how to find the root cause and solutions to problems that occur during the manufacturing process. What do we offer you? Starting salary of £ 20,800 per year, increasing to £ 2 6,400 after 1 year (subject to review annually) + annual bonus based on company performance .
