Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in business administration, supply chain management, science, or engineering related field. Graduation by August 2026.

Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English.

Other requirements: Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations (Stevenage/Harlow/Ware).

Expected Start date: September 2026. This programme is a 2-year fixed term contract.

What will you do?

  • Three 8-month rotations in roles across the end-to-end supply chain. There are options for roles in supply chain management, planning and scheduling, sourcing and procurement, operations, and logistics.
  • Learn and apply best practices in inventory management, demand planning, data management and logistics operational activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and smooth flow of medicines, vaccines and materials, meeting customer demands and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute operational activities such as production scheduling, packaging, and labeling.
  • Use data for analysis and reporting to support decision making and process optimization.
  • Develop innovative new ideas and contribute to implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Participate in projects related to sustainability, cost reduction, and process improvement.
  • Accelerate your development through tailored training that is intuitive to you and your needs.
  • Build key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Join an international community of graduates who help shape and run the Graduate Programme (e.g., organizing hackathons, global tech debates with external experts, and more).
