  • Set and communicate the strategic objectives for a brand or nodal network strategy.
  • Hold others to account and take corrective action where necessary to ensure the achievement of short‑medium term objectives.
  • Provide strategic, functional input related to network, capacity and cost to support the review of relevant business development initiatives.

Qualifications / Skills

Basic Qualifications

  • Relevant degree (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Technical, Engineering) or strong relevant supply‑chain experience (e.g., end‑to‑end supply chain design experience).
  • Demonstrable experience in a senior supply chain role (ideally with new product development and commercialisation activities) obtained from working in a highly‑regulated environment.
  • Proven experience interfacing and influencing senior global Leadership team stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to deal with complexity involving Commercial, R&D and Supply Chain (recognizing key risks, issues & sensitivities to develop thought‑through scenarios).
  • Problem‑solving abilities suitable for handling complex issues across technical, quality, regulatory and operational areas.
  • Proven experience interfacing and influencing senior global Leadership team stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and experience.
  • Understanding of financial modelling and business case elements that support decision‑making.
  • Understanding of supply chain processes, regulatory constraints, planning and logistics, trade routes and GSK trading arrangements.
  • Ability to act effectively in a complex matrix environment across multiple teams and geographies.
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance.
