Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering: Automation, Robotics, Controls & Systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity.
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English.

What will you do?
- Engineering Excellence: Design, execute, and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations.
- Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into operations, working with suppliers.
- Equipment Reliability: Enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.
- Smart Manufacturing Innovation: Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey.
- Automation Expertise: Define and implement improvements, upgrade systems, and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimise manufacturing operations.
- Digital & Data Expertise: Use data-driven approaches & data visualization techniques to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies.
- Asset Management: Utilize techniques such as condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance for optimal equipment performance.
- Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges and drive cross-functional collaboration.
