Reporting to the VP Specialty lead EM, this role works in alignment with the global TA team and will be responsible for supporting the acceleration of new assets within the EM Region.
- Develops high level commercial assessments and detailed level forecasts (demand studies, pricing, supply).
- Proposes launch list and sequence based on assessment (with input from regulatory).
- Leads regional review meetings & coordinates consistent/timely input in global IAP across the portfolio.
- Partners with global, EM Area, EM Regulatory, supply chain, medical, VEO and LOC cross-functional teams to support the science, differentiation, and patient access while securing the value of the innovative portfolio.
- Supports the delivery of Innovation committee decision making within Emerging markets.
- Works with the LOCs on core growth opportunities and winning strategies.
- Supports launch planning, challenges countries in the implementation and execution to achieve operational excellence and ambition acceleration.
- Engages with GM and Brand Team to drive robust understanding of market dynamics.
- Drives leadership and winning mindset across markets.
- Accountable for all new launches and drives launch excellence of new assets by ensuring development of tailored LoC brand/selling/access, supply & regulatory strategies.
- Develops strong working relationships with senior area management to maximize impact of new assets in Emerging Markets.
- Evaluates and develops necessary treatment evolution strategies with regions/LoCs to ensure appropriate patient awareness, diagnosis & treatment.
- Drives best practice and learning sharing between markets to optimize launch preparedness.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- Brand and marketing campaign management experience at local operating companies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing or Business.
- Commercial experience and knowledge of portfolio management.
- Successful commercial operational experience gained in different functions and areas of the business, across assets.
- Experience in brand management of a biologic(s) and sales leadership.
- P&L/Financial acumen.
- People Leadership experience.
- Ability to manage complex projects.
