Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of qualified, experienced professionals to assess and mitigate finance risk across key finance change processes, finance transformation, system and business model migrations, and global projects.
- Provide strategic insight into risk areas across key finance processes, finance transformation, and global projects (S4H, J2C, GPO projects, transformation projects) to stakeholders, advocating for cost-efficient, practical risk mitigation with finance, project, and tech leaders.
- Manage the funding model and stakeholder expectations to ensure projects requiring risk input or impacting the financial control environment have appropriate resources.
- Establish engagement models with projects (S4H, GPOs) to ensure timely involvement and governance.
- Drive risk mitigation strategies that consider cost, digital approaches, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals.
- Integrate risk management activities with project management processes like planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Partner with GPOs to identify automation opportunities and support risk assessment in digital tool implementation.
- Report to stakeholders on project status and risk mitigation plans.
