GSK Barnard Castle is seeking an Employee Engagement & Culture Transformation Lead to drive the site’s culture roadmap and performance. You will work with the Site Leadership Team, HR, L&D and Internal Communications to translate ambition into practical plans, measurable actions and visible behavioural change.
On-site five days per week, you will integrate culture initiatives into business priorities, provide leadership coaching, and ensure accountability, inclusion and improved engagement.
