We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager for an exciting opportunity on a critical brand within GSK’s Vaccine franchise. In this role you will be responsible for shaping the development, execution and optimisation of omnichannel campaigns to drive commercial and competitive performance of the brand and play an important role in inputting into the strategy.
The purpose of this role is to develop, execute and optimise impactful omnichannel campaigns, built on data-driven insights. This role will provide you the opportunity to lead activities critical to the success of a key brand:
- Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns, including collaborating with internal teams & external experts to develop high value web, email, display, print & other assets with a specific focus on addressing key customer challenges & maximising the customer experience.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights in campaign performance and customer behaviour, and optimise spend and performance based on these insights.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise operational execution and user experience.
- Collaborate with external experts, agencies and other vendor partners.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
- Experienced in brand management, with a proven track record of developing, executing and optimising brand campaigns, and a robust understanding of marketing in a primary care environment.
- Deep knowledge of the ABPI code and UK governance environment and have demonstrated maintenance of high minimum standards with regards to compliance.
- Proven ability to lead insight- and data-led omnichannel campaign delivery in fast‑paced environments, partnering effectively with sales teams to drive execution.
- Expertise in core digital and face to face marketing channels, and a mindset to innovate and test and learn in these core channels plus new channels.
- Utilisation of good agile project management skills to deliver on time, to a high standard and navigating any barriers.
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills with positive feedback from a broad cross‑functional stakeholder group.

- Robust understanding of the vaccines therapy area.
- Brings a high‑energy and passionate outlook to the job and can influence those around them.
