As part of an ambitious Data and Analytics (D&A) transformation and a stretching plan for company growth, ViiV has decided to make a significant investment in building data & analytics capabilities.
The Commercial Advanced Analytics Manager will lead and deliver impactful analytics across the commercial global and regional functions of the organization and will work alongside the Medical Advanced Analytics Manager to enable cross functional capabilities in context of Customer experience and engagement.
In this role you will

Work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to understand complex business challenges and translate them into structured, rigorous analytical plans. As part of global brand teams, global capabilities and in partnership with regions including the USA for execution.

Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions—independently or in partnership with approved vendors—to align on business needs, define KPIs, and develop analytical plans across the organization.

Manage the end-to-end process for global monthly performance review reports for senior executives across 20 countries, overseeing an offshore team to ensure timely and reliable delivery of high-quality insights.

Lead and oversee Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) projects, including stakeholder engagement across multiple countries (Europe, Japan, Canada, and Australia), managing on and offshore vendors responsible for model development, and translating model outputs into strategic insights for senior leadership

Support the design and implementation of dashboards and self-serve reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) to enable timely, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Provide strategic leadership and external thinking, proactively shape and guide the overall dashboard strategy and KPI & metrics library for medical and Cx use cases in partnership with medical KPI working group.

Lead short focused analytical projects to support answering strategic business questions using data that will exist outside of core dashboard and operational focus.

Deliver insights from data by creating visually compelling presentations with strong storytelling, tailored for executive-level audiences including strategic recommendations for business.

Be responsible for managing day to day operations of an offshore insights and 3rd party analytics capability.

Collaborate with analytical teams across the organization to share knowledge, learn best practices, and bring innovative approaches back to enhance capabilities within our group.

Integrate AI capabilities into analytical plans, reporting, and insight generation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Tech, Data Governance, Data Science, Digital Transformation, Market Research, Forecasting, and Competitive Intelligence, to ensure alignment and integration across analytics initiatives.

Master’s degree in a STEM discipline or related field (e.g., MBA, Statistics, Data Science) or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Information Science, Computer Science, or a similar area.

Hands-on experience developing and executing Marketing Mix Models (MMM).

Proven ability to create and deliver presentations to audiences at all organizational levels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with reporting & analytics tools such as SAS, Python, R, SQL, Power-BI or similar.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and strong influencing skills

Ability to bridge the gap between development teams and business stakeholders by effectively translating technical concepts to business language and vice versa.

Experience with change management initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

PhD – in a STEM subject and experience in related field i.e. Statistics, Data Science or equivalent experience (Mathematics, Statistics, Information Science, Computer Science, ML, AI, Bioinformatics or similar)
