Fix or flex - find your perfect balance

Our flexible approach to rota patterns truly enhances your work-life balance. We understand that everyone has personal commitments outside of their careers, and we aim to help you achieve the right balance. A typical working day for our vets starts at 8:30 AM and ends at 6:30 PM, with most of our team working four days a week and enjoying a fixed day off. However, if you have a different schedule in mind, we encourage you to discuss it with us!

While we have outsourced out-of-hours care, our nursing team provides inpatient cover from Monday to Friday. The diary consists of a blend of operating and consulting time at our main branch in Holt, with a couple of half days for consultations at our smaller branch in sunny Wells-next-the-Sea. Please note that this is sole charge consulting only. Admin time is allocated between consultations, and if additional time is needed, we are always willing to accommodate our vets' requirements.
