Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week) — 30 hours per week considered

Salary: £27,200 – £28,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays

Reports to: Head of Finance

Glastonbury Abbey is seeking a Finance & Support Officer to join our friendly and dedicated team at a unique heritage site in the heart of Somerset. This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the Head of Finance with day-to-day financial processes, payroll and pensions, and wider organisational support. You'll play an important part in ensuring the smooth running of the abbey at an exciting time, following the completion of our Abbey Yard development and continued growth in visitors and activity. Working from Abbey House within the historic grounds, this permanent role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time hours considered. We're looking for someone who is organised, accurate and confident working with financial systems, who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and wants to contribute to the long-term sustainability of a nationally important charity.
