Who we are
Glassworks is a fast‑moving, trend‑led womenswear brand with a growing ecommerce business and retail presence. We’re independent, East London‑based, and genuinely proud of both. We’re at the stage where things are working but not yet fully systemised – the person who joins us now will help shape how we operate, not inherit a finished machine.
What you’ll own
- This is a warehouse‑focused role – goods in, goods out, and everything in between. Order fulfilment is handled by a separate team member; your world is the physical stock and the systems that track it.
- Receiving and checking in all incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Putaway and warehouse organisation – everything in the right place and easy to find.
- Keeping the warehouse logical and efficient as stock levels change season to season.
- Maintaining stock accuracy between the physical warehouse and our systems.
- Running regular stock counts and investigating discrepancies when numbers don’t add up.
- Preparing and coordinating outbound stock transfers to retail locations.
- Spotting where our current processes have gaps and suggesting practical ways to fix them.
What we’re looking for
- You’ve worked in a warehouse, stockroom, or similar physical stock environment and you know how to keep things accurate and organised without being told exactly how.
- You’re methodical, hands‑on, and you care about the detail – a miscount or a mislabelled box bothers you.
- You don’t need a perfect system handed to you; you’re just as comfortable building one as using one.
