Our design‑led stores and website are refreshed weekly with small runs of completely new fashion – meaning a constant feed of exciting new styles, supported by the most dedicated staff‑turned‑stylists in the industry. With our recent store expansions and ecommerce platform, we are focused on scaling our retail and online channels – all whilst maintaining a strong design aesthetic and exceptional customer focus.
THE ROLE We’re looking for a stock‑obsessed, hyper‑organised individual to join our warehouse team in Haggerston. This is a hands‑on coordination role where your love of a perfectly organised stockroom and meticulously accurate inventory will directly fuel our fast‑moving fashion operation. As Stock & Order Fulfilment Coordinator, you will take pride and ownership over our stockroom – keeping it immaculate, logical, and efficient. You’ll oversee daily order fulfilment and warehouse operations, manage a small team of operatives, and ensure every inbound and outbound movement of stock is handled with care and precision. Reporting to the CEO, this role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves the rhythm and order of a well‑run stockroom, and who thrives in a fast‑paced environment where no two days look the same.
Work Schedule: Based at our Haggerston warehouse. 8‑hour shifts Monday–Sunday, 7am–8pm. Weekend and late‑night shifts are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stock Management & Organisation – Own the stockroom, maintain an immaculate and logical layout, execute inbound stock processes, process returns, drive stock takes, manage transfers, handle faulty item workflow, support write‑offs, keep the warehouse clean and safe.
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders – Ensure speed, accuracy, care for brand presentation, meet quality standards, identify and flag fulfilment issues or stock discrepancies.
- Team Management – Supervise and coordinate order fulfilment & warehouse operatives and temporary staff, allocate workloads, provide guidance, training, lead onboarding and induction, ensure compliance with health & safety and brand standards.
- Reporting & KPIs – Support management with KPI tracking, activity reports, and operational updates.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years' experience in a stockroom, warehouse, or ecommerce fulfilment role with a strong track record of owning stock organisations.
- Experience supervising or coordinating small teams.
- Obsessive attention to detail – particularly in stock accuracy and inventory management.
- Exceptional organisational skills, ability to keep multiple processes running smoothly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Comfort using warehouse/order fulfilment software, platforms and Excel.
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude – lead by example on the warehouse floor.
- Strong communication skills, ability to motivate and support a small team.
- Physical stamina – comfortable on feet all day, able to lift and move boxes.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and a strong work ethic.
