Glassworks London is an independent women's fashion brand founded in 2010. Our design-led boutiques are refreshed weekly with small runs of new‑season fashion. We’re growing fast, with five London boutiques, a store in Brighton and our sights set on the US. We’re building a brand for the long term, and we want people who want to grow with us.
The Role
We’re hiring a Store Manager for our Covent Garden boutique. A natural leader who runs the floor with energy, knows their numbers inside out, and turns every visit into a sale. This is a commercial, customer‑facing role. Your focus is sales and service, building a team and a store experience that keep our customers coming back.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading from the shop floor through confident selling, styling and customer engagement
- Delivering and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
- Coaching your team daily to strengthen their selling, styling and conversion
- Managing team performance directly, with clear standards and honest feedback
- Recruiting and developing a team of confident, capable sellers
- Running rotas, stock and visual merchandising to keep the store trading at its best

- Weekly and monthly sales vs target
- Conversion
- ATV and UPT
- Labour cost as a percentage of sales

- A natural seller, and the kind of presence customers remember
- Commercially sharp, with the experience of carrying a target and hitting it
