Our stores and website drop small runs of completely new fashion every week, backed by a team that genuinely loves what they do. We are scaling fast across UK retail and US ecommerce and we need sharp, driven people to grow with us.

  • Track, analyse and report on social performance metrics monthly, using data to drive content decisions and improve results.
  • Collaborate with the PR and Influencer Coordinator on creator briefs, ensuring influencer content aligns with the broader social strategy.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes and emerging trends to keep Glassworks' content competitive.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • One to two years of experience in a social media or content creation role, preferably within fashion or a consumer brand.
  • Native understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels, you know what performs and why and you have the numbers to prove it.
