We're growing fast, with five London boutiques, a store in Brighton and our sights set on the US. We're building a brand for the long term, and we want people who want to grow with us.

The Role

We're hiring a Store Manager for our Spitalfields boutique. A natural leader who runs the floor with energy, knows their numbers inside out, and turns every visit into a sale. This is a commercial, customer-facing role. Your focus is sales and service, building a team and a store experience that keep our customers coming back.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading from the shop floor through confident selling, styling and customer engagement
  • Delivering and exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coaching your team daily to strengthen their selling, styling and conversion
  • Managing team performance directly, with clear standards and honest feedback
  • Recruiting and developing a team of confident, capable sellers
  • Running rotas, stock and visual merchandising to keep the store trading at its best

Your KPIs:

  • Weekly and monthly sales vs target
  • Conversion
  • ATV and UPT
  • Labour cost as a percentage of sales
  • Team performance against individual sales targets

Who you are:

  • A natural seller, and the kind of presence customers remember
  • Commercially sharp, with the experience of carrying a target and hitting it
  • A confident people manager who leads with clarity and holds a standard
  • Decisive, self-directed, and energised by a fast pace
  • Genuinely passionate about fashion, styling and great retail

What we're looking for:

  • Retail management or senior supervisory experience
  • A proven track record on KPIs, with the numbers to show for it
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Sharp commercial instinct and confident decision-making

What we offer:

  • £30,000 salary + commission
