Glassworks London is seeking a Head of Business Operations to unify our multi-site business across retail, ecommerce, warehouse and brand functions. You will lead a senior team, establish operating standards, rhythms and KPIs, and ensure sustained execution even when founders review is pending.
You will manage managers, diagnose operating failures, drive recovery, and build organisational capability across UK, USA, Korea and India with distributed teams working UK business hours.
