About Glassworks

Glassworks London is an independent women's fashion brand founded in 2010. Our design-led boutiques in Soho, Covent Garden, Spitalfields, Shoreditch, and Brighton are refreshed weekly with small runs of completely new fashion. We're growing fast, with US expansion underway, and we're looking for people who want to grow with us.

The role

We're hiring a Cluster Manager based in our Soho boutique, with oversight of three other London stores. You'll run Soho as your home store and lead the wider London cluster, developing Store Managers and making sure every site is trading at its best. This is a hands-on, shop-floor role. You'll be selling and leading from Soho most of the week, with regular time in your other London stores. Not a back-office job. Reports to the Operations Manager.

What You'll Own

  • Sales and KPI performance across Soho and your three other London stores
  • Running Soho day to day as the home store
  • Coaching, developing, and holding Store Managers accountable
  • Setting and policing standards on service, VM, and stock
  • Recruitment and succession planning across the cluster
  • Spotting commercial opportunities store by store and acting on them

KPIs

  • Cluster revenue vs target
  • Conversion, ATV, and UPT
  • Mystery shop and customer experience scores
  • Store Manager retention and team performance
  • Stock accuracy and shrinkage

Who You Are

  • Multi-site retail experience, ideally in fashion or boutique, or a strong Store Manager ready to step up
  • Track record of lifting underperforming stores
  • Confident coach and people manager, including the hard conversations
  • Commercial, numbers-literate, and quick on the floor
  • Happy splitting your week between Soho and the other London stores

What We Offer

  • Performance bonus
  • Generous staff discount
  • Pension scheme
  • Real ownership, with clear progression as the brand grows internationally
