Glasswells Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Flooring Sales Advisor to join their busy department at Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for East Anglia's largest home department store, selling quality flooring products and providing excellent service to customers.

About the role:
As a Flooring Sales Advisor, you will greet and assist customers in-store and prepare accurate quotations using our in-house computerised estimating system. You will process orders, maximise add-on sales and maintain showroom standards to ensure a tidy, appealing department. Full training will be provided on company systems and procedures. Working hours for this role are 9.30am to 6.00pm 5 days a week including weekends on a rota basis.

- Use company sales systems to manage and progress orders
- Deal with customer queries and requests during the order and installation process
About you:
As a Flooring Sales Advisor, you will be a motivated, sales-focused professional with proven sales experience, have excellent customer communication skills, and possess a strong attention to detail. Flooring knowledge is an advantage but not essential. You will be confident engaging with customers in store, be well organised, and driven to achieve targets. Full training on Glasswells' systems and products will be provided. A full driving licence is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
