ABOUT THE ROLE
We are on the lookout for a motivated and driven leader to join our Onehunga (Dress Smart) store as 3IC! This role will work Tuesday to Saturday in our Onehunga (Dress Smart), working about 30-35 hours per week. Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in leading our team to success! Passionate about people and upholding Glassons mission to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. Maintaining up to date product knowledge with our weekly product stock drops and trending fashion pieces to style our customers at the fitting room!
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience in customer service or senior sales assistant roles with a drive to progress within the business; we are looking for future Branch Managers!
- An ability to operate naturally with pace to keep up within a fast-paced working environment to meet operational deadlines and uphold store presentation standards.
- Expertise in delivering an exceptional customer experience through your strong communication skills and genuine ability to connect with people to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Capabilities in training and developing team through performance observations and management feedback.
