About the Role

As a Visual Merchandiser at Glassons, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience through creative and commercially driven visual execution. Working closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Stockroom Manager, you’ll bring trend direction, product priorities and campaign moments to life across the shop floor.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced fashion retail environment, has a strong eye for styling and presentation and understands how visual merchandising influences customer engagement and store performance.

You’ll use merchandising briefs, reporting tools and customer insights to create cohesive trend stories, visually impactful displays and outfitting moments that connect with our customer demographic. You’ll also work with operational tools and systems including RFID technology and reporting platforms to support fast‑moving and reactive retail execution.

No two days are the same, so adaptability, creativity and collaboration are essential.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating visually engaging displays and trend‑led product stories across the store
  • Executing merchandising briefs and seasonal campaign direction with creativity and attention to detail
  • Styling and curating product layouts that reflect current fashion trends and customer demand
  • Using reporting tools, product insights and store performance data to support commercial decision‑making
  • Collaborating closely with store leadership and stockroom teams to align visual priorities with stock flow and store operations
  • Maintaining high visual merchandising standards that reflect the Glassons brand identity
  • Supporting product launches, promotional changes and high‑volume trade periods with agility and pace
  • Coaching and guiding stylists on visual standards, outfitting and floor presentation

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in visual merchandising, fashion retail or a similar creative retail environment
  • A strong eye for fashion, styling and emerging trends
  • Someone who is highly fashion‑focused and passionate about current trends, styling and customer experience
  • The ability to translate customer insights and product priorities into impactful visual execution
  • Strong organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Confidence working with technology, reporting tools and operational systems
  • A collaborative, energetic and proactive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced retail team
