Responsibilities
- Support and enable the People We Support to live their best life, delivering person‑centred care unique to each individual, aligned with our person‑led support delivery model.
- Use your knowledge, skills and adherence to legislation, best practices and our policies and procedures to deliver the highest quality care.
- Engage with individuals to enable them to pursue their interests, maintain their skills and receive personalised, person‑centred care.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of relationships and connections within their local community.
- Complete and maintain Support Plans and other necessary information to support our people and ensure effective delivery of support.
- Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes in the needs of individuals we support.
- Safeguard the welfare of those in our care and actively promote and maintain their safety.
- Help the people we support to maintain and develop relationships with family, friends and other important people in their life.
Requirements
- Driver preferred; all checks fully funded by Glassmoon Services Ltd.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Checks.
- References.
- ID & Address check.

Salary range is ÂŁ13.45 to ÂŁ13.81 per hour depending on qualifications.
