Waking Night Support Worker
We are recruiting for Waking Night Support Workers for our new Service based in Plymstock.
Are you experienced in working with individuals who have a Learning Disability and Complex needs? This role is demanding and incredibly fulfilling, as you will play a crucial part in helping these people strive for their best life and maintain independence.
Responsibilities
- You will use your knowledge, skills, and adherence to legislation, best practices, and our policies to deliver the highest quality care.
- Enable individuals to engage with their interests, maintain skills, and receive personalised, person‑centred care.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of their relationships and connections within the local community.
- Organise and maintain Support Plans and other information that supports effective delivery of support.
- Notify the Team Leader or Senior Support Worker of any changes in the needs of the individuals we support.
- Actively promote and maintain the safety of those in our care.
- Help individuals maintain and develop relationships with family, friends and other important people in their lives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
- Right to Work in the UK
- Successful Satisfactory Criminal Records Checks

- Valid ID and Address check
Compensation
Salary range is £13.45 to £13.81 per hour, depending on qualifications.
