We are recruiting Support Workers at our Plymouth service.
Responsibilities:- Support and enable people with learning disabilities and complex needs to live their best life, delivering person‑centred care.
- Use knowledge, skills, legislation, best practices, policies and procedures to deliver the highest quality care.
- Engage individuals in their interests, maintain skills, and provide personalised care.
- Support relationships and connections within the local community.
- Complete and maintain Support Plans and maintain accurate information for effective support.
- Notify the Team Leader/Senior Support Worker of any changes in needs to ensure continued well‑being.
- Safeguard welfare and promote safety of those in care.
- Help people develop relationships with family, friends, and others important to them.
- Experience working with individuals who have a learning disability and complex needs.
- Valid driver’s licence (preferred).
- Right to work in the UK.
- Successful satisfactory criminal records checks.
