Responsibilities
- Assist the Service Manager to enable people to live their best lives by building confidence, resilience, and supporting positive expression.
- Provide leadership to the care team within Glassmoon Services Limited.
- Deliver care in accordance with best practice, legislative requirements, policies, procedures, and agreed standards.
- Supervise the allocated service in accordance with agreed standards.
- Support and enable People We Support to maintain skills and personal interests through person-centred care, aligned with a person‑led support delivery model.
- Maintain current skills, engaging with learning and development as required.
- Complete required systems and processes around safety, weekly and monthly checks, documents, and risk assessments.
- Participate in BILD and Restraint Reduction Network Community of Practice, striving for best practice.
Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent, with at least one year’s experience after completion.
- Willingness to work toward attainment of Leader in Adult Care, Level 5.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory criminal record check.
