Support Worker role at Glassmoon Services. Responsible for delivering person centred care to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities, enabling them to lead independent lives.
Responsibilities- Use knowledge, skills, legislation and best practice to provide high quality care.
- Enable clients to engage with interests, maintain skills and receive personalised support.
- Support development and maintenance of clients' relationships and community connections.
- Maintain accurate Support Plans and other documentation.
- Notify leadership of any changes in client needs.
- Promote and maintain safety and safeguarding.
- Assist clients in developing relationships with family and friends.
- Drivers preferred (licence and valid checks).
- Right to work in the UK.
- References available.
- Satisfactory criminal record checks.
- ID & address verification.
Salary range is £13.45 to £13.81 dependent on experience, effective from 30th March 2026.
