We provide 24‑hour support to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities, helping them live independent lives and pursue their aspirations.

Responsibilities

  • Support and enable the people we support to live their best life, delivering person‑centred care.
  • Use your knowledge and skills to deliver high‑quality care in line with legislation and best practices.
  • Engage with individuals to develop their interests, maintain skills and build relationships with family, friends and community.
  • Maintain accurate Support Plans and other necessary documentation and notify the Team Leader of any changes in needs.
  • Advocate for the safety and welfare of those in our care.
  • Help individuals to develop and maintain relationships with family, friends and other important people.
