We provide 24‑hour support to individuals with autism and/or learning disabilities, helping them live independent lives and pursue their aspirations.
Responsibilities
- Support and enable the people we support to live their best life, delivering person‑centred care.
- Use your knowledge and skills to deliver high‑quality care in line with legislation and best practices.
- Engage with individuals to develop their interests, maintain skills and build relationships with family, friends and community.
- Maintain accurate Support Plans and other necessary documentation and notify the Team Leader of any changes in needs.
- Advocate for the safety and welfare of those in our care.
- Help individuals to develop and maintain relationships with family, friends and other important people.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- Satisfactory criminal record checks and references.
- ID and address check.
- Drivers licence preferred (charges fully funded).
